Movie with Ye Ye

Ye Ye brought me to Vivocity this afternoon to watch Mr Peabody and Sherman. As we were walking around the shops while waiting for the movie to start, we saw a gigantic chair in one of the shops. Look how small I am compared to the chair that I'm sitting on!

The movie was about a boy (Sherman) who was adopted by a dog called Mr Peabody. Both of them would use their time machine and go on funky adventures. If I had a time machine, I think I will go back in time to when God was alive on earth and ask him whether he can make me an ice-cream, yummy.

Family carnival

Daddy had to wake up early this morning to take his physical fitness test at Jurong SAFRA. Mummy and I decided to accompany him, as we had read in the news that there would be a fun-filled family carnival there. I played at the various game stalls and won some prizes. I also enjoyed myself on the bouncy castle.

Make a guess though as to whether Daddy passed his physical fitness test?

Giraffes are tall

Today Daddy asked if I would like to do an art project with him. Every day on my birthday, Daddy and Mummy would make me stand beside this particular wall in my room, and make a mark of how tall I was. We decided to paint a giraffe on the wall and to mark out my height on its body instead. I had fun painting, but I don't think Mummy was very pleased to see the mess that I made, haha!

Snowy

Mummy and Daddy brought me a hamster today. I decided to name her Snowy because her fur was as white as snow, except that it's dirty grey snow.

As Daddy and Mummy said that Snowy is both a birthday and Christmas present from them to me this year, this means that I won't be getting anymore presents from them for a really long time!

Where's the rain?

It's not rained in Singapore for many many days and the trees, plants and grass are starting to die. This morning when Daddy and Mummy brought me to the nearby park connector to cycle, I saw many sad things.

The pond had almost dried up, and there were dead smelly fishes floating on the surface. The plants were drooping and everywhere was brown instead of green. Please let it rain soon!

Cycling at East Coast Park

Mummy had to be at East Coast Park this evening for work. So after my classes today, Daddy brought me and my bicycle to look for Mummy. The scenery was is certainly very beautiful, and I enjoyed cycling there.

I also met one of Mummy's friend's son, Elijah. Elijah is very fast on his skate scooter and I couldn't catch up on my bicycle. I must eat and drink more so that I can peddle harder next time!

SQ girl

Mummy's office is having a dinner and dance next week, and the theme for the party is airline crew. This evening, Mummy brought back a few sets of the Singapore Airlines air stewardess uniform to see if she could fit into them. I simply couldn't resist trying them on.

Chinese New Year

My cousins are back in Singapore for Chinese New Year, and I've had a great time with them. I love especially to play with Shannon, who was dressed exactly like me on Friday.

I wish I could play more often with her, and that she would move back to Singapore soon.

Newspapers!

After our reunion dinner this evening, I went back to Ye Ye's and Nai Nai's house as I wanted to stay the night there with my cousins. At the foot of their block, I came across a huge pile of newspapers meant for tomorrow. I couldn't resist sitting on the throne!

Sunday brunch

Welcome to (my) House!

Mummy and I had Sunday brunch with her cousins this morning at House@Dempsey. The food was not bad, and my hot chocolate came with a pretty picture on top.

This is the first time actually that my aunties and uncles have gone out together for a meal without their parents. Today's lunch was a treat by Ku Ku Jason (the eldest cousin) and his wife Auntie Michele. Mummy, who's the next oldest, said that it would be her turn next. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!
