Every Saturday when Mummy brings me to Kindermusik at Tanglin Mall, we would pass by a music shop on the ground floor. After class today, we decided to drop by the shop while waiting for Daddy to pick us. I love the music but I think the headphones are too big for me!
We usually go to Lao Ma's house for dinner on Sundays, but we went for dinner today (Saturday) instead because Lao Ee Edwina was in Singapore and wanted to cook her special beef noodles for us. The house was full of people today, as my granduncles, grandaunties, uncles and aunties were all around. After dinner, I found Ee Ee Rachael's toy dog who is called Vanilla, and took a photo with her and Mummy.
After we finished dinner at Ye Ye's and Nai Nai's house today, Ye Ye kept me entertained by letting me play with the toys that were in the display cabinet. I took a green plastic pig and a yellow plastic cat in my hands (along with my trusty bolster of course). Daddy said that he used to play with them when he was small and that I could keep them for my own children too.
Over the new year, I've made a resolution that I would try to cry less. 1. It's been one month since Daddy and Mummy first enrolled me at the childcare centre, and yesterday was the first day of 2008 that I attended childcare. When Daddy and Mummy dropped me off yesterday morning, I happily waved bye bye at them and reached out to my teacher for her to carry me. It was the first time that I didn't cry when Daddy and Mummy left to go to work! 2. Today, not only did I not cry when Daddy and Mummy dropped me off at the childcare centre, I was having so much fun when they came to pick me up in the evening that I didn't want to go home.
3. Today was even more amazing because it's the first time in a long time that I didn't cry when Mummy gave me a shower. Unlike what happens usually, I enjoyed the water so much today that I didn't want to step out of the toilet to be dressed.
