Silly me

One of Daddy's cousins got married today and invited us to his wedding dinner. It was a really special and funny dinner for me, as I had never before been to a dinner where I got to dress up and take photos. Silly me! 

Batam

Daddy, Mummy and I, together with Grandpa, Ah Ma, Ye Ye and Nai Nai, went for a short holiday to Batam these two days. There wasn't really much for us to do, and it was a little bit boring. One of the few exciting parts of the holiday was when I saw a shop with my name!

I think the most exciting part of the trip for Daddy was when he saw an A&W. Daddy and Mummy said that long long time ago, there were A&W shops in Singapore but that they had closed down already. So when Daddy and Mummy saw the A&W shop here, they couldn't resist eating the curly fries and rootbeer float. My silly Daddy =)

Out on a yacht

Daddy and Mummy were on leave today as it's the school holidays and they wanted to spend time with me, haha. This morning, we went to the Marine Life Park on Sentosa as well as had lunch there. 

In the afternoon, we went with a few of Daddy's and Mummy's friends on a small yacht. I was very scared at first and kept asking Mummy why we needed to go onto a boat and whether we could go home. I soon forgot my fears when I saw how fun it was! Midway during our trip, the yacht dropped its anchor for a while so that we could swim if we wanted to. I immediately made Daddy change up and I put on a baby life jacket so that I would be safe. Daddy and I then got into a kayak, and Daddy rowed both of us to shore and back to the yacht again. Daddy's my hero =) 

Happy birthday Nai Nai

Today is Nai Nai's birthday, and we celebrated it by having dinner with her. We also bought a cake for her and sang birthday songs to her. Happy birthday Nai Nai!



Sleepover

Yay yay yay, my friends were at my house for a sleepover last night! This is the second time that they have been here, and we had great fun. Since last night, we've played with beads, making our own necklaces and bracelets. We've also done art and craft, making our own pictures.  

This morning, Daddy and Mummy brought us to West Coast Park so that we can run around like mad people. We played with sand, sat on the swings and played on the flying fox (Daddy pushed us, he was so strong!). We finished off with an ice cream cone each, which was cold and yummy after a hot morning out.

I can't wait  to have another sleepover with my friends!

New playground

On our way to Yamaha class this afternoon, Mummy spotted a new playground near the car park. As we still had some time before class started, she asked if I wanted to play for a while. The new playground is cool. I can be a clock, tick-tock tick-tock:

Heart Mummy

Giant prata

Auntie Yahui told me that a few days ago, she had ordered a prata that could stand on its own. This morning, when we went for brunch, I remembered what Auntie Yahui said and I asked Daddy and Mummy if the shop also sold the same kind of prata. It looks just like a giant Christmas hat!



Kite flying

We went roller-blading as usual this afternoon. After my roller-blading class ended, Daddy asked me if I wanted to fly a kite. I was very excited and started jumping up and down. We got out the kite from the car and Daddy helped me get the kite up in the air. The wind was very strong, and I had to hold on tight to the string. Suddenly, the wind stopped, and we saw the kite drop into a tree. Daddy tried to reach for it but he couldn't. A man stopped by and suggested that we use an umbrella to knock the kite out of the tree. I eagerly went with Mummy to the car to take the umbrella and because I didn't see where I was going, I slipped and fell into a puddle of eeky mud! Luckily we managed to get our kite back, although I had to wear wet and muddy pants all the way home.
