Kite flying

We went roller-blading as usual this afternoon. After my roller-blading class ended, Daddy asked me if I wanted to fly a kite. I was very excited and started jumping up and down. We got out the kite from the car and Daddy helped me get the kite up in the air. The wind was very strong, and I had to hold on tight to the string. Suddenly, the wind stopped, and we saw the kite drop into a tree. Daddy tried to reach for it but he couldn't. A man stopped by and suggested that we use an umbrella to knock the kite out of the tree. I eagerly went with Mummy to the car to take the umbrella and because I didn't see where I was going, I slipped and fell into a puddle of eeky mud! Luckily we managed to get our kite back, although I had to wear wet and muddy pants all the way home.  

Heart Daddy

Mummy downloaded a new app on her handphone today and wanted to try it out. Here's the photo that she took and the pretty decorations that she put on it:

Steamboat party

My friend Ashley invited a few of us to her house for a steamboat lunch today. She had many toys, including an inflatable castle, and we had great fun playing before lunch. 

After lunch, we continued playing. Ashley's Mummy had bought a dessert toy, where we could make our own dessert and eat it afterwards. We used the dough to make donuts as well as whatever shapes we wanted. Yummy!

Little chef

I felt a bit creative this afternoon as we were having lunch. Tada, look at what I came up with!

This evening, I felt like being a chef. This is me helping Daddy and Mummy to cook my favourite pasta:

Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year everyone! Yesterday and today have been quite tiring, as we've visited more than 10 places over the two days. I'm quite happy too, because I get to eat a lot of junk and play with my two little cousins. Isn't my cousin mei mei so cute? I didn't manage to take a photo with my cousin di di though, because he wouldn't stop running about.

 

This afternoon, our last stop was my xiao jiu gong's house. There was a pink massage chair that matched my dress, and I was very excited to see it. Do I look comfortable?   

Nian gao

Wah, I saw a giant nian gao at Ye Ye's and Nai Nai's house today that was almost as big as my face. I can't wait to eat it and I hope that Nai Nai will steam it for me soon!



Back again

As Ye Ye and Nai Nai have been on holiday the past few days, they weren't able to take care of me in the afternoons after school. Daddy and Mummy therefore decided to bring me back to Kinderland, where they knew that I would enjoy seeing my old teachers and the younger students again. Today was especially fun, as Kinderland brought us out to join in the celebrations for the official opening ot Safra Toa Payoh. I had a lot of fun at Kids Amaze - aren't the animals as cute as me? 

Baby oranges

Nai Nai has been buying baby oranges at the market this week. They are nice and sweet, and I enjoy peeling them myself.

This evening, we saw twin baby oranges that were stuck to each other and couldn't resist taking a few silly photos with the oranges:

Fishes and crabs

Mummy brought me to the new Marine Life Park on Sentosa this afternoon. I was really pleased when we came across the tank with crabs. They were huge and looked very yummy:

Ferrero Rochers

Mummy's friend from the UK, Auntie Kanwal was in Singapore for a short visit, and we had lunch with her today. I like her because she bought me my favourite yummy Rochers!
