Baking camp

Daddy and Mummy signed me up for a baking camp in school this week. Yesterday, I made pizza. First I flattened the dough. Then I spread tomato sauce on top of the round dough, and sprinkled cheese, mushroom and ham on it. The pizza then went into the oven, and when it came out, it was ready for me to eat for lunch!

Today I made butter cookies. There were heart shapes, flowers, and a girl, and I decorated all of them with chocolate and cream. I brought them home to share with Daddy and Mummy, and the cookies were so yummy that Daddy and Mummy finished all of them.

Puss in Boots and Muddy mud pie

Mummy and I went out with Auntie Dorcas this evening when Daddy was working late. We watched Puss in Boots, where I saw a boy cat and a girl cat. After the movie, we went to eat yummy muddy mud pie.

See my teeth? I'm the chocolate monster, roarr!

Peppa Pig

Peppa Pig is one of my favourite shows that I started watching when I was in the UK. How's my imitation of her?

Princess wall stickers

We had bought some Disney Princess wall stickers when we were in Vietnam, and I couldn't wait to re-decorate my room. Here I am helping Daddy and Mummy to take down the pictures that were on my cupboard.

Ta-da, all done! Can you see the princesses stickers, as well as the Snow White balloon that we bought in Vietnam too?

East Coast

Today is the last day that Daddy and Mummy are on leave. We decided to go to East Coast Park as we have been saying for a while that we wanted to do so. This is me being mischievous on the sand.

Vietnam continued

After realising that we didn't have much to do in Hanoi itself, we took another day trip out of Hanoi. This time, we took a shorter bus trip to Hoa Lu, which was the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. As it was a last-minute trip, we didn't go with our usual tour guide Tim.

At Hoa Lu, we spent some time on a tiny boat, where two ladies rowed us around the caves.

I also tried my hand at rowing!

This is Uncle Tim, our tour guide for most of the few days that we spent in Vietnam.

Hanoi and Halong Bay

Daddy and Mummy decided to go to Vietnam for a few days for our year-end holiday. We stayed at Hanoi, where we did a bit of sightseeing with a local tour guide, and tried to learn to cross the road without being knocked down by the many scooters on the way. The first place that we went to yesterday was the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, but we didn't go inside as it is closed on Mondays.

Our tour guide brought us to Halong Bay today. The bus ride there was almost 4 hours, and we stopped along the way at a rest stop. I saw many young ladies sewing pretty pictures there, and I was fascinated. The bus almost left us behind because I refused to leave the place!

We took a cruise when we got to Halong Bay. The wind was so strong..

... and the food was good!

We also took a small motor boat to get closer to the limestone caves. Do I look cool in orange?

Candylicious

Daddy's office had a competition this morning, and Daddy brought Mummy and I to Sentosa to cheer him on as he played captain's ball. Daddy's team didn't win though, and I think he was aching all over after playing for only a short while. Before we left Sentosa, we stopped by Candylicious to take photos with the giant candy:

After the photo-taking, Mummy asked if I wanted to go into the shop and if I could promise that I wouldn't ask them to buy any sweets for me. There were so many sweets inside the shop, but I remembered my promise and didn't make a fuss when it was time to go. Daddy and Mummy say that I'm a really good girl.

Party party party

Mummy's office had a party today, and she invited me to be her date. I was so excited and couldn't wait for Mummy to pick me up from school. I ate a lot of rubbish at the party, like strawberry ice-cream, popcorn and pink cotton candy. I also asked the artist lady to paint a picture of a fairy on my arm, and asked the ballon man to make me a hello kitty!
