Bintan (Again)

We went to Bintan again over the weekend, this time with Daddy's friends.

On the first day, Auntie Ana kept me company while we were waiting so very long for our rooms.



On the second day, Daddy complained that I always made him carry me. Therefore, for a change, I carried him instead.



On our third and last day, I was sad to leave Bintan. To cheer me up, Mummy made me a smiley face at breakfast.

Daddy Carebear

Daddy and Mummy used to watch a cartoon called Care Bears when they were growing up. This evening, when Mummy took a photo of Daddy and I playing, it seemed as if Daddy was a Care Bear as he had a beam of light emanating from his chest.

Mummy's Dentist

Mummy had to visit the dentist this evening, and Daddy and I accompanied her so that she wouldn't be scared. While we were waiting for Mummy's turn, Daddy and I had lots of fun playing. When I pointed out that there were two flies on the dentist's door, Daddy explained that they were also waiting to see the dentist because they didn't brush their teeth. I think I had better brush my teeth diligently!

Doctor Zoe

As I watched Mummy clear her wardrobe this morning, I was suddenly inspired to try on Mummy's shirt. Do I look like a doctor?



I don't look very much like a professional doctor though in this photo, do I? It sure was a nice resting place though, as I waited for Daddy to buy my favourite bubble tea!

My masterpiece

I woke up early this morning, but Daddy and Mummy didn't want to play with me as they wanted to sleep in on a Saturday. To keep me occupied, they gave me a colouring book with stickers that Angelica Jie Jie had bought for me. After about half an hour, this is what I had to show for my masterpiece:

They then made me take off the stickers that I had painstakingly used to decorate their bed.

In the evening, I created another masterpiece of a mess. Ice cream everywhere on my face and jacket :D

Daddy and his presents

Daddy's finally home after more than 3 weeks away! I was so happy that throughout the whole ride home, I kept saying "Daddy Daddy Daddy Daddy Daddy (x many many)" and refused to let go of Daddy. I think Daddy also missed me very much, more than he missed Mummy, haha.

He remembered to buy me the "big big sweets" that I had asked for. Chocolate ducks!



He also bought Mummy a present which I liked so much that I wanted it for myself. When you press the red heart that the pink hedgehog is holding, it makes a kissing sound.

Photography

With my new-found photography skills, I decided to take another photo today during dinner with Grandpa and Ah Ma. Not bad right?

Bye Bye Daddy

Daddy is going overseas for work. First it was Mummy who went, and now it's Daddy's turn. Before Daddy left, I made Mummy take a photo for us:

I also offered to help Daddy and Mummy take a photo together. I think my photography skills are quite good, though Mummy says that my thumb was covering the lens (at the bottom left corner).

Shoelaces

When Mummy went overseas last month, she had bought me a strange book that had holes in the pages, and shoelaces that could threaded through the holes. I had fun playing with the book, but I also discovered another use for the shoelaces. Aren't I pretty?

Holiday

We went to Hong Kong for a family holiday this weekend. We went to Ocean Park bright and early this morning, and we met with Daddy's friends for dinner.

This is me all tired out from the morning, but freshly showered and waiting to go out for dinner:



After dinner, one of Daddy's friends (Auntie Jennifer) noticed that I was eyeing the toy machines around me, and decided to buy me a toy!

We also went for dessert after dinner, by which time I was really so tired that I couldn't sit up straight, haha.
