The next part of the book talks about the many adventures that I've had over the last two years...

... including the time when Daddy and Mummy brought me to Botanic Gardens, but almost forgot to bring me home!

The last part of the book describes my two favourite times of the year. I like Christmas and my birthday because I get plenty of presents.

After reading through so many beautiful pages, I was sad when we came to the end (almost).

And of course, finally, not forgetting the back cover of the book. Thank you Uncle Choon Leng!

First time on the beach

I used to be terrified of sand when I was younger, so I never dared to go near a beach. But seeing that I've overcome my phobia, Daddy and Mummy brought me to East Coast beach for the first time today.

Passport

A few days ago, Daddy and Mummy made me sit on a chair, and asked me to smile sweetly so that they could take a photo of me.

I found out today that the photo was for my very first passport. As Daddy and Mummy were on leave today, we went to collect my passport first thing in the morning. I wonder where they're going to take me for a holiday?!

Mummy's birthday

We had our usual dinner at Lao Ma's house today, and we also had a cake after that to celebrate Mummy's birthday in advance.

I tried to teach Mummy how to blow the candles:

This is my happy family, and Mummy's birthday cake:

This is me, waiting eagerly for my share of the cake!

And finally, me posing with Lao Ee and Ah Ma:

Reactrix

We met Uncle Choon Leng for dinner at Raffles City this evening. There were many things to do after dinner, from running around inside the music shop where Choon Leng bought a CD, to running about on the floor as part of a game called Reactrix:

My family

It was a lazy Monday evening after dinner and my shower, and Daddy and Mummy decided on a new game where I was to repeat what they said. We started off with the names of my family members:

The Going to Bed Book

Auntie Sharon and Uncle Emmanuel had bought me The Going to Bed Book (by Sandra Boynton) last month for my birthday, and Daddy or Mummy would read it to me every night before we went to bed.

Encouraged by my success in naming my family members, Daddy and Mummy decided to test me to see if I could read the book on my own. I think I did quite well.

My own set of wheels

Ye Ye and Nai Nai bought me my own set of wheels last week, and Daddy and Mummy brought me downstairs today to play with my new car. Watch me in action.

Eeww, ear wax!

Daddy thinks I'm very dirty because Mummy took this (see photo below, on the right) out from my ear today.

But I don't mind, since I can hear much better now.
