Baby Pooh Bear

Uncle Vance bought me a baby Pooh bear for Christmas. I thought it looked very hungry and under-nourished, as its stomach and body was much smaller than its head. When I had my usual night-time bottle of milk, I made sure to leave a bit behind so that I could share the milk with Baby Pooh. .

I like bags

I like bags. I like carrying them and I like taking things out of them. After dinner tonight, I set down with Ah Ma's bag to see what treasures I could uncover.

Running nose and a new bolster

Mummy is sick, and Mummy made me sick too. To help me sleep better, Lao Ma sewed a nice new pink bolster for me, and Ee Ee Rachael lent me her pooh bear.

I wanted to stop my wet mucus from dripping down into my mouth, so I tried to turn myself the other way so that the mucus would stay in my nose instead.

Eat your peas

One of Daddy's and Mummy's colleagues gave me a book for Christmas. It's about a girl who doesn't like to eat peas, but I can't understand why. I love peas, and I eat them almost every weekend. I love the book though, and I made Daddy and Mummy each read the book to me twice today.

My first day at childcare

Today was my first day at childcare. Early in the morning, I put on an XS-sized uniform that was way too large for me.

Daddy, Mummy and I spent the whole morning in the centre, where there were many other kids. I danced, played, ate and was read a story. Daddy and Mummy brought me to their office after that, and I saw a lot of photos of myself in their cubicles.

Uncle Choon Leng and his photos of me

Uncle Choon Leng has been taking many beautiful photos of me because he intends to compile an album as a gift for my second birthday. Here are some sample shots below. Uncle Choon Leng also has an online album of his other photos, at www.picasaweb.google.com/knyghtfall. Aren't they well-taken?

Cousin Matthias

My cousin was born yesterday evening. His English name is Matthias Chan, and his Chinese name is Ruiyang. I went to the hospital to visit him twice today. He's so cute that I had to give him plenty of kisses. I wonder when he'd stop sleeping so much and be able to run around and play with me.

18 months old

I'm exactly one and a half years old today.

Daddy and Mummy bought me a lotus paste bun to celebrate after dinner. I think I liked the candle and the song more than the bun. Hmm, but wasn't I supposed to get one and a half candles instead?

Vivo City (Part 2)

After lunch at Vivo City, Daddy and Mummy brought me to the wading pool on the roof-top. I was initially hesitant to step into the water as I didn't know if there was sand on the ground, so I clung on tightly to Mummy. But Daddy coerced me into the water, and after that I had so much fun that I didn't want to go home.

Vivo City

Daddy and Mummy were on leave today and brought me to Vivo City specially to play at the open-air playground. I liked the water fountain the most and I was soaked to the skin. Good thing Mummy was clever and brought a change of clothes for me.
