Papapapapa, wawawawawa

The second and third words that I have picked up are papapapapa and wawawawawa. After I said them today, Daddy and Mummy looked at each other and couldn't decide whether my "dadadadada" two days ago meant "Daddy". But no worries, I'll say "Daddy" and "Mummy" in proper English in my own time, when I'm ready!

I can unpack

Be Be (Daddy's older brother) works in China, but he was staying with us for the past few days as he's back in Singapore.

He's leaving tonight though, so he was busy packing up his things. I think I was quite a great help to him by unpacking his things!

Dadadadada

When Daddy and Mummy came back from work this evening, I greeted them with my first "word" (consisting of a consonant and a vowel) - "dadadadadadada". Daddy thought I was calling him, and he was so excited that he told his friends about my new trick.

Short hands

I don't understand why Daddy and Mummy can raise their hands over their heads, but I can't seem to do the same. Is it because I have short hands? Or maybe my head is too big?

Mr Tortoise

Daddy bought Mr Tortoise today for Mummy to massage her back. Daddy thinks that I look like Mr Tortoise when I'm asleep. I can help Mummy to massage her back too!

Hot day

It was a really hot afternoon today. Look at how much I perspired when I took a nap! It's no wonder that I always wake up feeling thirsty and wanting to drink milk.

Nice and clean

Instead of bathing in a bathtub, Daddy and Mummy thought that a more efficient way of cleaning me would be to use the washing machine. I look quite comfortable in my own jacuzzi, don't I?

Allergy

We went to the hospital where I was born for an allergy test today. I found out that I'm allergic to cow's milk and egg white, which means I can't eat cake nor ice cream!

Sesame Street

I drove Bert and Ernie around today. For my chauffeur services, Daddy and Mummy bought me a big Big Bird T-shirt. Perhaps Daddy and Mummy are subtly hinting that I'm too small for my age?

Shake head?

Auntie Helen (Daddy's and Mummy's colleague) sent Daddy and Mummy this picture today. Does this chimpanzee look like me when I shake my head?
