Rain rain go away?

Ah Ma and Nai Nai separately told Mummy yesterday that I am so powerful I can make rain. Apparently whenever I stick out my tongue and spit saliva, it will rain!

I wonder whether it's worth the risk of running out of my quota of saliva in future?

Smile no. 229

Daddy and Mummy sent a photo of me to STOMP (http://www.stomp.com.sg/gallery/smiles/slides/217.html), as part of a campaign to welcome the world with 4 million smiles.

See, I'm starting to be famous already!

Hats

Do you think I have the looks to be a model when I grow up?

I'm starting off small, by modelling hats. Which of them looks best on me? I like the bottom right one the most.

Drool is precious

Oh no, I drooled on Daddy today. That's precious drool wasted!

Daddy said that each person can only have a fixed amount of drool and tears in her lifetime. So for example if I use up my quota of tears now, I won't have any left when I'm older. That's a scary thought, because how else will Daddy and Mummy know to sayang (comfort) me!

Upgrading

Ye Ye's and Nai Nai's HDB flat was recently upgraded. I got my own upgrading today, from the cot in which I usually sleep...

... to Daddy's and Mummy's Huge Double Bed. I'm a small small person in a big big bed!

4D!!!

Ah Gong carried me today for the very first time. Mummy remarked that this was so unlikely that we were sure to touch 4D! True enough, Jazzy's car plate number came out as a starter prize today! Too bad Daddy and Mummy are not gamblers... sigh.. means no new toys for me =(

Heh.. but guess what, Nai Nai actually bought a $1 4D ticket and won $250. Wonder how many pretty dresses that can buy?

Here's a picture of me sitting smugly in Jazzy today. Hmmm.....Maybe it was my luck that rubbed off on her.

Peanuts

Auntie Wenshan (Daddy's and Mummy's colleague) saw a photo of me taken when I was 1 hour old, and she said that I look like a peanut.

I don't think so. I'm much cuter, aren't I?

My friend smiled at me

Mummy sometimes lets me see my friends when I'm sitting on her lap as she works on her laptop. But I don't understand why they don't talk to me or smile at me. Maybe they don't like me?

Whilst Mummy was carrying me today, I also saw one of my friends in Mummy's arms. I'm a little confused, does that mean Mummy can be in two places at one time?

Anyway, I smiled at my friend as I usually do. And this time, she actually smiled back! I'm happy now, guess my friend likes me after all!

My parents don't love me...

BEFORE...
AFTER...

I am botak (bald)! Do I look like a martian?

Fed up with me shedding hair all over the house, Daddy and Mummy decided to shave it all off. Now my head feels like Daddy's chin after he shaves. They said I've got to earn my keep, so they're selling my nice fine hair to make paintbrushes.

And fed up with me sucking my thumb, Daddy and Mummy nicked my thumb whilst cutting my nails this morning. My parents don't love me...

I turned 1 (month) today

I am officially 1 month old today.
Hrmph, feeling a bit cranky though, because so many people prodded me and stared at me at my man yue (full month) celebration yesterday.
On the bright side, Gu Gu Edgar bought me a pretty pair of mittens with pink flowers. Aren't they gorgeous?
